Do you need examples of RS's that are working? AVXL is an exception to the rule so far, but yes by rule RS's do not work. But also by rule they are used to be kept from delisting on an exchange, and not to move to a higher exchange. Of the examples you are aware, how many have a monopoly on any products or services they offer?

There are several that tried to make an argument that a RS changes the fundamentals. I dismiss their concerns as soon as I hear this. Yes most times RS's are done to hit the ATM for more cash when needed, and stay afloat. It is a tool. So long as it is not long term, it is more likely to work. What hump does any business need to get past....is it a long term hump or short term?

No RS has ever been done to produce and market Spider Silk products. Yet another metric to consider. Add it to the list of firsts, this company has done.
