Why are you so confident about this news?

It doesn't state anything about common shareholders.
The odds probably went lower that shareholders are safe, based on the company going private.

I'm not too thrilled with this news, so please tell me why you're so confident.

Elliot is not obligated to give shareholders anything, so why would they if they aren't obligated to?

I know you said you have nothing to explain, but could you please? I have been silently watching these boards for months and wondering why you are buying more? I am pretty confident it will turn out well, but just wondering what your stance is. I really appreciate any input. Thanks!
