Not understanding going private on exit of bk confuses many. Shareholders are not parties. Commons are toast.

I would be very hesitant to assume that shareholders are parties to anything aimed at DEBT settlement, which is the fundamental purpose of Ch11.

Stockholders are stakeholders, but are probably not a "party" in the sense of this proposed settlement plan.

This company will come out of bankruptcy as a PRIVATE company NO LONGER trading in the market so anyone holding retail shares will be wiped out. Folks who are invested here need to understand that. Only preferred shareholders will see any money once this company winds up. All commonly held shares will end up being toilet paper so its best to dump now versus riding this one to its grave.
