That's what I believe. That's why the FDA acceptance letter said July 10 for PDUFA date.

The real BLA filing date was Apr 27, 2020. The May 11 date was response provided to FDA for some additional data.

Adding 74 calendar days comes to Jul 10, 2020.

Tomorrow is Day 60 which if no news it's good news.

Something to ponder. These dates in the FDA docs say "BY"...meaning "no later than". What if the FDA has already provided the docs to CytoDyn (because they're wanting the drug out there fast also) and NP is sitting on the docs....would it not make sense that "insiders" are getting an opportunity to jump in while the price is a bargain? There's no obligation by CytoDyn to publicize the responses from the FDA by a certain date/time.

But of course when the "insiders" have had their turn at the trough, NP will yell "SOOEY" by announcing the FDA responses for the rest of the world. They then race to the trough knowing that someone has already been satiating themselves at low prices and getting what they can as fast as they can.
