You know as well as I that revenue is only half the equation. Companies with revenue of $2B have gone into bankruptcy because of unmanageable debt load. And James isn't some dummy that can be taken for a fool, selling his company on the cheap. Maybe the liabilities are the reason it sold so cheap.
And if anyone thinks there won't be shares sold in the future to pay for this acquisition, they need to think again.
