Where do you get such "information"?

They had $3218 as of their last financials. Where did the $250K come from? And how much more might have been raised? No one knows. Nor do they know the cost of the financing they secured.

Hopefully, they borrowed enough to meet operating costs. But the terms may be so unfavorable that it won't do any good.

Trade the ticker while you can but don't look for it to be a long lasting investment. After all, no one knows why James sold his company in the first place.
