Also make sure it works with all O/S Including win 98. Some of these TV places only work with xp

Sandy should sell this at a pretty cheap price - 6 or so a month. Not to make money, but to prove demand. If he got a ton of subscribers he could use those numbers to demonstrate demand in any number of countries - importantly the USA. Of course, once carriage is picked up by cable/satellite companies they won't want to compete with the online business, so they'll have to transfer subscriptions to the cable networks somehow.
