I wouldn't be surprised to see some retail investors sell at $20. One analyst says the non-opioid portfolio is worth about much. I believe the cancer and Covid portfolios are EACH worth more than that. The last I saw Sorrento had about 209 million shares outstanding compared to Moderna's 371 million. I think any serious buy-out talks would begin at $80.
