Yeah.. It's a crap shoot at this point.. If people got in low enough and can afford to wait it out and are willing to chance it they should be ok. If they're borderline, it may be hard to get out IF the news is not up to par. That's all I'm saying. Hopefully the financials won't be disappointing.
