How about, to generate interest from pink sheet investors, who see an update to a website, and believe it means something significant, and keep them in the stock?
Now, back to my question. In the past 20-30 years, show me the list of pink sheet companies genuinely bought out! Again, I define buyout as a price significantly above the recent prices, for cash on genuinely marketable securities, NOT a pink sheet swap of garbage for garbage, or typical pink sheet reverse merger. How about a list of just 5 in 30 years!
A ten cent stock being bought out for $7? Completely ridiculous!
