It’s not “probably nothing,” it is nothing. How LCY is structured as a business has nothing to do with BioAmber whatsoever. The use of a confidentiality agreement during a bidding process is not uncommon, and it sure doesn’t mean “we’re going to show a purchase price of $4.34M and keep the juicy $540M out of public, creditor, and judicial view (wink wink).” The terms and price of the liquidation transaction were disclosed over a year and a half ago.

So in theory?(help me out here) LCY owns 99milshares of something. Yung owns 1.2 and we own the remaining balance? And LCY needs the rest to make up the Bioaq SS? How will they get them?
