“What's the rush?” This is part of my question. Who said there was a rush? Because this board is fascinated with the R/S expiration doesn’t mean Kim is. There is nothing stopping him from reauthorizing.

Because some are assuming he must intend to up list prior to the RS expiration does not mean that is Kim’s plan. If he can pull it together by then I’m guessing he will. If he can’t then he can let it expire, hold another shareholder’s meeting that would hopefully be a very upbeat affair with more details about the up list, authorize a smaller range and continue the process.

Did he state he plans to up list by the 23rd? If so, can someone please share the PR or other communication?

That's why there is a problem. It's being argued against because NOBODY knows what we don't know.

The assumption by those opposed to the CEO and his abilities is that this is being "rushed."

The assumption by those not opposed to the CEO is that this is not being "rushed."

In the middle lies the thing we are all waiting to see...what is the missing piece or pieces?

If the deadline is extended, I think all will breathe a collective sigh of relief.

If not extended, some will hold to their theory of things being "rushed," but, IMO, will soon have to realize there must be some validity to the uplisting being a good thing.

Because, if it does go through, that would mean that NASDAQ has seen enough to convince them that KBLB deserves to move on up.

So, like some have suggested, why don't we just wait and see how it plays out. Maybe Mr. T will surprise those who find him incapable.

The rest of us (including NASDAQ and Maxim) will continue to understand what this CEO's capabilities are.

I am not a coward, most times. I would be as aggressive as the "full quiver" or "half full tea cup" dictates. We start hearing news, and I imagine it can be seen as a kickoff.
