$LFAP began it's technical reversal on 6/17. Sooooo if "toxic dilution" were such an issue why is the share price moving up again?

Using that argument wouldn't the ticker already be sub penny? I mean it's just logic right? Someone is so desperate to drive the share price into the ground and then bam! R/S themselves right out of their note.
