We just posted some form of the FRAUD ongoing here at both AFH and NAKD. The same market makers are involved in all these three securities. The same MMs fraudulently harness and use our order routing information in all these names to trade against us. We are working hard to expose them, but our brokers are delaying sending our order routing data, including the Market Centers that received these orders. That's the only way we will be able to make a clear case for the SEC. Regardless, we will still proceed with stock specific information and get the SEC to subpoena these trade data from our brokers and the MMs involved. Lots of other stocks are implicated here on varying trade dates. HEADS WILL ROLL!!! Almost THERE!!!
