I know plenty of pinks that are still around many years and they're not legit. Many have zero revenues and forever-changing business plans (the "pump").

Just to give one example, look at IC*Y. I've followed and played that stock since 2008, and 12 years later it's still alive and woke up recently with a move from zero bid to .0004.

But if a pink company is still around 3 years later, odds are it is a legit business... or trying to be!
