Far from over. JCP has opened several doors for years of litigation. Not to mention the Trustees objection of JCP not disclosing all interested parties. Intent to defraud the court is light matter in Chapter 11

Someone just sucked up CDEL’s 200k shares he was trying to block with CDEL trying to stop the run and some one is sucking up his shares. LOL! Looks like it just leaked! Or Power hour with scared MM’s that don’t want to be holding short when news leaks or breaks!
