I figured I didn't have much else to say, but I couldn't resist commenting for some reason.

Sure. If I happen to see him, I'll thank him. If the wink insinuates I'm an insider, I'm not. But I am in the industry. As I said in that post, I have guesses only.

But...

I have to ask myself why so many talented people joined a virtual shell of a company with good basics (and not much else I can see)? I can think of a few.

And why would an XL, privately held company that's made some acquisitions in the healthcare space be involved if there wasn't a plan to do something meaningful? I can't think of any.

Nah, there's something here for these parties and there's obviously a plan and reason they're doing it this way. And I'm assuming there's something here for us, too.
