'If' they do a split I would guess they have a price target more then anything. So not sure what they release in the next couple months

I also assume spinoff comes post split if they happen to proceed with it and the share distribution to be based around updated share structure. So Q3 timeline become Q4.

Remember CD and Seamus cant sell a dime until January 2021
