This value placing is done knowing when an inflection happens longs will be happy to sell at 5-10$/share as the MM covers the hedge short position.

Stand alone valuation today is 180m MC in a naked valuation assessment of "3 times revenues". Current value of company assets PUSH 41m CreateAPP 90m AtoZGo/AtoZPay 75m.

Company has no debt and currently in our opinion in negotiations continuously with numerous potential merger acquisition targets as CEO has eluded to on past two conference calls.
