FORM 10 UPDATE - HHSE continues to resolve the issues of third-party audit verifications and other document requirements. HHSE has also received pledges of funding commitments of more than $1-mm from the initial $1.5-mm of the S1 Offering (i.e., 50-mm shares at $.03 each).
