We have VERY competent management. It is just that they don't appear to be working for the betterment of their stockholders. I am certain that they are achieving every goal they have set out for themselves. How does it feel to be a TOOL for achieving a goal? These guys know exactly what they are doing and the benefits are going to exactly those whom they have chosen to receive them. imo.
Being overzealous is different than lying. Saying audited financials would be posted in a day a month ago and then not doing it and repeatedly delaying it and then having it turn out they don't even exist is lying. These guys are liars and anyone who owns the stock is silly.
