NO pending financial Growth or planning in place!
NO Pending Sales of Products in place!
NO Pending Manufacturing and/or Productions of any kind in place!
The Reinstatement was ONLY DONE in response to a CERTIFICATE OF DISSOLUTION
that was issued by the STATE OF WYOMING
from the Office of the Secretary of State.
The letter read as follows!

So it's evident that the Owners of this POS only ACTED because their Pinksheet Piggy-Bank was about to get its ASK-CANNED!
LOL! {Pun intended}
They only forked out the reinstatement FEE of $50 (Likely from the years of proceeds ripped-off from shareholders NOW TURNED Bag-Holders) just to avert all the paperwork they'll need to re-produce for the hijacking of another Shell! LOL!!
And then have the Audacity to partition for 5 trillion more shares which they'll likely dissolve into the Portfolios of the many Newbs and Novices who'll only end up being added to the current vast quantities of Bag-Holders!
Therefore, had this POS-Rip-Off NOT GOT a Dissolution Warning, then, this POS would still be Delinquent in its filings!
So the Reinstatement of this POS was not only done Hypocritically, but by the time this POS goes dark again from Non-Filings, it would've given scammers enough time to scam enough money from fake shares to reload their Covid-19 depleted splurge accounts!
By the way, they cant R/S >> AWAY the value of all the many BAG-Holders without being "Reinstated First!" LOL!
