what I wrote about Tobira was absolutely factual...so I don't know what you are referring to as nonsense...

perhaps the attempt to make it appear the buyout was so fantastic was nonsense?...I can agree with that...

hmmm... a penny stock that makes no product, has no revenues, has 845 mil shares o/s and is flying high at 20 cents per share...

but of course it is soon to be worth billions...where have I heard that before?...oh yea...every penny stock in penny land...
