Well, I guess right around the time the sp jumped 50% over three trading sessions (hard stop).

I agree with that part amazingly. I think the board might be moving on from NP after uplist. He did his job valiantly. They agreed to pay him with a golden parachute with shares in a company that could see double digits SP. The 100million offer could go towards that parachute, obviously not all. Especially since he cashed his warrants to pay loans back.

Onto bigger things, thanks NP! Now AF and STAT will have to find a new punching bag.
