with the voltage being lost after the baseline
level is achieved

Im told by engineering friends that this kind of thing
is routine and that there is a real plus in the new system
standing up to operational pressure and with no shorts
occurring for the first time

let's hope they can figure it out quickly
with no re-designing needed
