Don't avoid the point of my post.

I am talking about the irresponsibility of the company not filing.

Seasoned traders aren't fazed....I agree...

Newbies and people trading with scared money will run for the hills.


There is absolutely no reason why the filings haven't dropped already...this is ridiculous.

Just popped in for lunch...

Couldn't believe the price of PCTL, had to buy some more. Just broke 7M so happy as a pig in s**t.

I may be wrong, but don't believe the price will drop after the 10-K is released this week. I think when folks read the "Subsequent Events" section of the 10-K and start connecting the dots the buying spree will resume and the price will begin the next leg up.
