You are correct to be suspicious about their 100mil sh issuance.
We do know he has awarded himself a pay raise this year to$1,000,000 and theCFO a raise to $675,000 ( not sure of the exact $ am't).
All of this without a nickle in sales. Do you know any other company that would award this with no sales, huge debt and only a possible maybe to succeed in the future?? Sounds to me like a golden parachute before the plane even takes off.
One has to wonder why they are under investigation in behaldf of shareholders for past statements made. Who knows what they'll find.
