Hi Jon

It is a good guideline for those who think having less than 50% cash at the top of the market is OK.

It would definately make me think twice about keeping a low cash reserve or starting a new AIM program when the v wave is towards the higher end.

That 60% # has we thinking about even doing Aim directed buys.
