This means folks with Big Bucks do not care about these small PPS values, this is a pittance to them but big money to a lot of the current longs here. This bodes well as they plan on making tons of money even buying in at these levels, as they normally buy stocks in the Dollar land values of PPS in their other investments. This means they know something great is coming here. GO IPIX, GO LEO.

On the side lines others see the "bargain" into the close...buy into close and the Newbies realize the folly of waiting and buy in...bidding up the stock at the end.
