Fair enough, consider "won't" to mean "we don't know" and I'll just keep the "won't" as my opinion, which is all it is anyway.

If you recall from months back, how many people on this Board said "SCOTUS" won't even entertain hearing this appeal" or something to that effect. I can find my original posts where I said in no uncertain terms that SCOTUS will 100% entertain and likely hear this appeal. This is and always has been a RIGGED GAME.
