They do not need 52 million dollars to do a phase three study, especially if it is cancelled and goes to market. I suspect there is some big bonus money in that second offering. I would like to know who bought in to the second offering? As shareholders we should know. This is not a pink stock. This is an AMEX stock. Now we will have to much stock shares available. Was any of the offering restricted? They will have to do a reverse split if the data does not move the stock to $ 3.00. They want to get to $ 5.00 to get big institutions to invest.
