My experience in past companies is people with intimate knowledge (insider info) and former employees usually look to and try hurt companies as they move forward. Clearly someone is funding AVEW they just filed 2 years of annual reports a attorney letter and Q1. In penny land I don’t look at the past because all penny stocks are a gamble. I look at upside and what is currently going on and if Jose is working in 2020 with all current filings then clearly he has been in communication with OTC Markets to get the CE Removed. Also his debt is primarily to his son. It’s in the filings.
