ETCR going up on its own merit, not because of some "Monk Mention"........If anything, I have been slamming the stock as it has fallen from 6 cents to 2 cents........Certainly not praising it.......Looks like "clear sailing" to 5-6 cents in the short-term again, but OTC listing, updated filings and rumors could send this much higher later.......
