According to the RXAir website that was “just updated” VYST doesn’t own RXAir IP. It has the Rottman corporate address but still says UVFlu owns the IP. That’s why UVFlu stock is very volatile right now. Can’t spin something off that isn’t paid for. Maybe the fins would show that?

Again, if the company would communicate this would be asked in a shareholder CC.

The shares are showing as issued in the share accounting and they had to go to some entity.
