saw your comment on the Intro page that HALB doesn't have the exclusive rights to the US granted patents and the provisional patents.

And those statements are correct .

Right above your remarks is the link to the Intellectual Property Agreement from 05/12/2020 transferring those rights by MARV/Premier

The rights were assigned to Technology Health Inc not Halberd. Remember was used by another company so Halberd abandoned that name.
