They cannot follow the guidelines because all the stock has been transferred to Halberd Transition Corp. under Alaric Corp. There is still two Billion shares and the ruse that there is only 800 million is a fraud but Goulding doesn't care as long as he can get that 1.8 million SEC fine paid. Next quarter expect them to go dark again because they cannot correct this scam to make it legitimate.
