You ever hear the expression "Don't count your chickens before they hatch?" No baby chicks yet.
No one here can tell for certain if KBLB's application for uplisting will be successful. Nor do we know if institutional investment will occur. You may think the risk of failure is small, but it is greater than zero. My estimate of success is around 50% at this moment.
We all hope these things happen, but this is not a forgone conclusion. It will not surprise me in the least if NASDAQ turns down our application and tells KBLB to come back later. KBLB is playing a very weak hand and that will not be overlooked by the folks at NASDAQ. Lots of companies apply for uplisting. Some of them make it, some don't.
Keeping it real. If KBLB succeeds as you predict without considerable pain to existing shareholders, you will be welcome to bombard me with 'I told you so!' Repeatedly.
