Yes. All ill Gotten Gains will be surrendered to shareholders. I have posted it before - If you have Losses being invested in POTN, you must call up and put your name on file that you want to partake in any/all distributions of ill gotten gains. When the case first was brought up, I called the SEC and put my name on file and said I wanted my name included when/if the 3 are proven guilty to recoup losses! I posted about it last year.
