As close to the "whole picture" as it gets here in Philly.... :)

I think if you look at my past calls on INO and how the phases were going and "who they were gonna recruit to test" etc....I am pretty good with my info..

But nothing is 100% right...I agree....but if "One" was going to know, its the One I know...

And yes I hate rumors and dreams and hopes too, I like FACTS...because even in this nutty country right now, Facts DO matter....

And one more thing no matter what anybody posts on this board it is not going to change the INO stock price positive or negative. The stock is one of the most heavily traded stocks in the world I just wanted to share some really really good news that I heard. I do respect most of the people on this board and I feel you should be very very comfortable with your position at this point and moving forward.
