Company is clearly Dead. I personally do not think it was a scam, but rather leadership that was not experienced and just flat had no idea what they were getting into. I still like the concept car, although I think the moment has passed with the surge of EVs.
Elio was just not the right guy to execute the concept. It is over for them now and I am surprised to see the company still trading.
