Personally, I almost never purchase a stock with an A/S over 1B. TGRO has 1.4B floating.

Biggest SS I am holding is TRDX. It's a Lazar special with O/S of 1.8B but only 389MM floating.

I might live to regret ever purchasing that one but I have gone way too far to bail now — even though I did lighten the load.

Filings expected by middle of August that should be conclusive one way or another.

Never buy a penny stock when you hear someone say that.
