No idea who the Privates are

I'm a Process Engineer who has experience with greenfield installations. Done some Program Management over the course of years. I've seen great ideas get shelved due to funding issues; that are out of the control of Engineering phase. Letters of Intent are usually contingent upon receiving funding. It can be a long row to hoe.

Maybe Bill Gates can take the left over money from his Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) stock and invest in the Serbian venture. How about diverting some cash from his: Fecal Sludge to Bio-diesel initiative ??

You wrote a very detailed analysis of ATIS in Reddit some time ago. You were very positive about their future at that time. A lot has changed since then but do you still have a positive view of the future for ATIS?
