Who is otcx? From another board...
otcx and valx are Not market makers they are fraud market blockers with fraud trading tactics
boxing in the ask and bid price, blocking any organic natural price movement with their manipulation
Half the time or more that the markets are open, they have the bid and ask locked in and if you execute a trade they are buying or selling to you. This is FRAUD manipulation they are not making this market, they are manipulating it and blocking others.
Report these guys to the SEC.

I dont think OTCX is a 'who', I think its just an over the counter ECN.

Let the algo .0001 movement games begin.

Not sure exactly, but see them on a ton of OTC names....especially cannabis names on OTC who are dually listed in US & Canada.

I believe they're out of Canada too. When Canadian markets are closed, these guys OTCX are off too.

They're usually in control of price too.
