unless you want to use it as an example of how not to understand a company and its fundamentals and future prospects...
This "accountant" makes no mention of the source of dilution that occurred, attributing it to paying consultants with stock, when it was virtually all related to the conversion of toxic convertible notes - which, as everyone knows, have been paid off and retired - there is no more dilution happening
The Company has phenomenal technology, playing in probably the most promising market sector (Cybersecurity), and is in the final stages of development and commercialization of their products...
So, this "accountant" reads 2 years of SEC filings, and still has essentially no understanding of this Company, its business prospects, its markets, its technology, nothing...
BTW, there is a lot of info out there on CyGraph, and the Company has been executing on its strategy, as everyone knows if they are following the Company's press releases...
