By the way: It was way longer than 3 years without revenue. It was 30 years.

And they always paid people with shares and not money. They never had any money.

And the consultant they had once who they passed off as a top notch consultant was actually a welder at AO Smith. And another consultant they was a lawyer from Florida that had his license suspended for a year for cheating his clients.

I think this entire board is missing the obvious - Visium is a company with HUGE potential, in the right space, and with a seasoned team - their issue is the toxic convertible debt which has created the dilution - it's not like Lucky or anyone else makes money when the share price goes down - the only one's making money are the toxic noteholders (i think there are 2 of them)... if not for them, the stock would probably be at a dime... read their SEC filings, it's all there to see...

the CyGraph technology is nothing short of a game-changer - MITRE has never commercialized their IP until now, and this is the 1st time this tried and tested military grade technology is being made available to the commercial market... Visium owns the exclusive rights - it's not hard to see what this company is on the verge of becoming

trashing the company's history and prior management is stupid - it does not reflect what the company is today - these guys operate with 100% integrity, and if anyone says otherwise about current management, make them show you the proof...

unless you want to use it as an example of how not to understand a company and its fundamentals and future prospects...

This "accountant" makes no mention of the source of dilution that occurred, attributing it to paying consultants with stock, when it was virtually all related to the conversion of toxic convertible notes - which, as everyone knows, have been paid off and retired - there is no more dilution happening

The Company has phenomenal technology, playing in probably the most promising market sector (Cybersecurity), and is in the final stages of development and commercialization of their products...

So, this "accountant" reads 2 years of SEC filings, and still has essentially no understanding of this Company, its business prospects, its markets, its technology, nothing...

BTW, there is a lot of info out there on CyGraph, and the Company has been executing on its strategy, as everyone knows if they are following the Company's press releases...
