I found some chatter about 11 days ago where someone was asking if OPY was going to buy EAPH.

So I looked up OPY. Respectable banking firm into securities.

Then came this new hire Frank. OPY talked him up and hired him to move OPY into their "Life Sience" division.

Wouldn't surprise me if EAPH "owners". (Lightly used) are talking to this Frank guy.
