No doubt there is a lot of hype and cash following this pandemic. You could be right. But I think with the whole world, the best minds, and modern technology working on it, I feel we have a good chance for a vaccine in the timeline Dr. Fauci has provided.
SARS was a very different situation. Not as tramsmissable, but highly deadly. And it faded fast.
If you're right, we are going to be in for a very long and grueling haul. Not sure if this country can survive it. We have enough problems trying to survive as a country without a long term covid problem hanging over us.
