The past two months we've had two CPAs prepping the audit, one was hired at the recommendation of the auditing firm. Based on what they've received so far they estimate 2-3 weeks to complete with zero issues

Brian: Corona virus made the prep and physical inventory a bitch
Q. So we are acquiring unaudited. What happens any issue found later?
Brian: We have 75 days after the share exchange to complete it
Q. so audit not important to close merger?
