Try and sell just one share, I bet you can’t. So what good are stocks that you can’t trade? How do non trade able stocks help you in anyway?
The Bankruptcy was discharged/terminated and not dismissed. It’s detailed very clearly in the monitors reports as well as the liquidation of the companies to LCYB/Visolis. The plant and all of the IP is listed on the 6th monitors report. Very good read
