One day I'll update the delinquent SEC filers lists. Know that it takes many hours to go through thousands of SEC registered companies to know which companies are delinquent in their filing obligations.

In the meantime, CESX de-registered from the SEC in 2017 so CESX is not at risk of being delinquent anymore.
