Fluffy, I indeed have made a mistake and I apologize. The double entry was confusing and I agree with you. The funds were posted in Sept but apparently the shares were not issued until October causing the entry to appear in the subsequent event area also.
I confirmed that by adding all the shares issued since the previous filing and the latest filing and I came out close to the 40,240,000 that is the current number of shares as of Nov 3rd. Thank you for pointing out my error.
